As the Vice President of Sedgwick Alternative Risk Solutions Program division, Shelly Caprio brings over 20 years of insurance experience. Her expertise is in underwriting commercial and alternative risk insurance.

Shelly's experience also includes forming and managing a diverse book of captive insurance programs and working with self-insured groups in California and Nevada. Shelly is a graduate of Santa Clara University and holds a California Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license.

Shelly has extensive expertise in the alternative risk market and is responsible for leading the ARS division's growth objectives by managing our new and existing captive programs. Her diverse experience and willingness to be creative and innovative allows her to create customized alternative risk solutions, personalized to our clients' needs.
